My Brethren:

I wish to thank all for the outpouring of genuine concern on my recent illness.  You just can’t realize how many lives you touch until something like this happens. 

This summer has been a busy one and the fall is shaping up the same way.  Of particular interest:

13 Sep – Grand Master Official Visit Eastern Shore

15 Sep – Jeb Stuart Lodge, Ararat, VA

18 Sep – EA Degree

22 Sep – Subordinate Lodge Officer Training

29 Sep – A.D. Smith Research Lodge

1 Oct – Dinner and Flag Program

4 Oct – Acacia Lodge BBQ

16 Oct – Bring-a-Friend Night

23 Oct – Table Lodge with Ladies

I wish to thank our Senior Warden, Ralph Smith, in particular for so ably filling in as Worshipful Master during my enforced hiatus.  I can only add that Henry Lodge will be in good hands for years to come.
