My Brethren:

I wish to thank all of our brethren and their wives for the huge success of our Child I.D. Program on the 4th of July (165 children processed) and the Grand Master’s official visit on Bastille Day, 14 July at Manasseh Lodge.  These truly exemplified our lodge spirit and solidarity and are what Masonry is really about.  Well done!

It is not too late to sign up for the Reid J. Simmons School 5-8 August.  This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen ritual skills while enjoying superb Masonic fraternalism; ask any brother who has been there.

Of special interest in August:

12 Aug – Lodge Picnic; Van Dyck Park, good chow, friendship and fun

14 Aug – Warden’s Night; excellent (surprise) program planned

21 Aug – Master Mason Degree; potential officers filling higher chairs

28 Aug – Our Senior Deacon presenting an excellent program at Mt. Carmel Lodge

Our Senior Warden will be acting Master while yours truly “goes dark” while vacationing during most of August.  I trust that all are enjoying this magnificent summer and all are in good health while doing so.  The Supreme Architect is really smiling on us this year.  Enjoy!
